  I'm not a fan of Friendly's to begin with but they brought out the wrong order. I ordered a sundae for dine in but it came out to go. I wanted to see the visual presentation in the dine in dish but it was sadly all mushed together in a to go carton.

  Arrived around 10pm Saturday night with a family group of 17. Immediately got the impression that they didn't want us there. They close at 12am. The acting manager, a small red haired girl who lacked a name tag gave the impression of manager, but lacked all qualities of the title. After being seated there were continue dirty looks and head shaking from said employee. After about 10 minutes a server finally came over and greeted us and took our drink orders. The waitress staff seemed genuinely happy to serve despite that same name tag less individual. Prior to food coming out, which was rather quickly, the utensils and napkins were just layed on the tables for us to distribute. Food was good. Staff was otherwise friendly. Highly recommended new management for this location. Too many poor service reviews in a 6 month window. There is a reason why Friendly's is slowly disappearing and it's not the food or ice cream.

  I recently stopped here, with a valuable coupon, since this location was on my way to Hershey. I was very pleased and impressed: The service was quick and my meal was very tasty. I will visit here again, since this is the Friendly's closet to my home now.

  I've eaten here two days in a row do to my child being in hospital. Both time service is was very slow. I'd check back during meal to do refills,and after totally done eating and sitting idle for 15 minutes or so finally checked back to see if we wanted dessert. The people are nice but very slow. I also see its run by mostly teenagers.
